We're live music experts, wedding enthusiasts, and party starters, infusing every event with energy and full dance floors. We're here to make your wedding the greatest party of your life! The Bachelor Boys are a premium, customizable 3 to 14 piece band specializing in high-energy music–at a sensible price. Our talented and professional musicians have performed regularly with touring and recording artists including Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Mark Ronson, Kendrick Lamar, St. Vincent, Barry Manilow, and Steve Miller, as well as working and touring with numerous Broadway shows.
We want you to love the music! We pride ourselves on knowing just what to play and when to play it. It isn’t enough just to fill your dance floor–we want you to love the music! Every song from the start of the day until you drive away together as a married couple can be tailored especially for you. Or, if you prefer, just leave it all up to us.

Extremely disappointed that we hired this band
My fiancé and I were so excited to have a live band at our wedding — it was something we had really looked forward to. Before we even booked, we had multiple conversations with Mike (a band member who handles all the coordination) and made it very clear that we wanted our first dance, as well as the father/daughter and mother/son dances, to be performed live — not played by a DJ. Mike assured us that this would absolutely be possible, which gave us so much excitement and confidence in our decision. We even took dance lessons for months, picturing how special those moments would be. But when we stepped onto the dance floor, none of those important dances were performed live. No one informed us of any changes, so we were left confused and completely blindsided in the moment. Additionally, we had specifically asked that no song requests be taken during the reception, since we had already curated a list of song requests from our guests and shared that with Mike in advance. Despite this, our request was ignored, and we heard song after song that we never asked for — even though we provided an extensive, thoughtful playlist of what we did want to hear. Mike was also aware of a very special first dance song for my parents. Instead of being played when the dance floor was open — when they could have enjoyed their moment — it was played at the start of dinner, when no one was dancing. My parents, who played such an important role in making our day unforgettable, missed the one moment we had planned just for them. We’ve since emailed Mike with our concerns and shared our honest feedback, but we’ve yet to receive any response. At this point, we don’t expect one. In the end, we’re left extremely disappointed. This band was unprofessional, failed to deliver on key promises, and disregarded multiple clear requests. What should have been some of the most meaningful moments of our day were mishandled, and that’s something we can’t get back.
100% recommend, our guests were dancing all night!
We hired the Bachelor Boys 9 piece band after seeing them at their monthly showcase in Philly, and it was a GREAT decision. Amber helped us incorporate all of the personalized details, worked with our timeline, and collected all of the necessary info in a clear way. The band incorporated all of our song requests and recommendations and our guests (and we!) were dancing all night. They also learned our first dance and parent dance songs which made those experiences even more meaningful. The MC services were awesome and the time flew by. We also used the ceremony and cocktail hour music services, which were well worth it. We absolutely recommend the Bachelor Boys!!!
Expectations Exceeded
The Bachelor Boys (and Girl) were, in short, amazing! From working through song choices & details with Nichol to the actual performance on our wedding, we couldn't have asked for a better group to soundtrack our ceremony & reception. All communication was quick & helpful, the administrative stuff was easy to complete, and on the day-of they were a hit with us & our guests. 10/10 - would Bachelor Boys again.
perfect wedding band!!
My husband and I had an amazing experience working with the BBB leading up to our wedding, and the event itself was perfect. We utilized their services for ceremony strings, a jazz duo at cocktail hour, and an 8-piece band for the reception. We also used their ceremony sound and reception stage lighting. It was amazing having one consistent point of contact throughout the whole process, and since wedding planning entails using so many different vendors with different contracts/logistics, it was amazing being able to bundle so many services with this one group. The quality of their performances (ceremony, cocktail, and reception) was incredible. In terms of personalization, in addition to learning/perfectly executing every "special song" (entrance, first dance, parent dances, exit etc), we also gave them a pretty long list of "dream songs" we hoped they could play and they were all seamlessly worked into the setlist. We got a ton of compliments from our guests (young and old) about the BBB and their energy. We also wanted to do something unconventional at our reception by transitioning the reception into a Halloween party for the last hour, and Alex/the BBB were so excited by this idea that they even brought costumes to change into before playing the Monster Mash to kick off the Halloween part of the night. 10/10 recommend the BBB!!!
