Welcome to Ellie EtoH, Central Texas private event bar service. Our friendly & professional team specializes in weddings, custom cocktail creation, and keeping the fun & the drinks flowing! Our bartenders are TABC certified, and experienced. If you’re looking for a passionate staff of service professionals who are excited to make your day the best it can be, consider this a match made in heaven!
We specialize in wedding receptions! Most couples that are planning a wedding may enjoy a cocktail or a beer, but planning a bar for a wedding is a new experience. I help you plan the who/ the what/ and the how much should we buy to make the process as streamline as possible. In addition to we are licensed TABC and we are double insured with 1 million in General Liability and with Liquor Liability.

The team at Ellie EtOH was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very first interaction, their communication was quick, informative, and incredibly helpful. they went above and beyond at every turn. When I made a mistake they worked quickly to help resolve it, treating me with kindness and care. It's clear they love what they do and are passionate about making their clients feel like family. I cannot recommend Ellie EtOH enough for any couple planning their wedding.
Overall great!
Ashley and her team were great and made amazing drinks. They didn’t bring coolers which we were told they would, so we had to run to get something to fit all of our beer in during the wedding day, which is a little inconvenient. That was the only hiccup, we heard great things about the service and the drinks were amazing!
Response from vendor•May 5, 2025We value all feedback and take it seriously. That said, there appears to be a misunderstanding in the review, which we would be happy to clarify. I did have two coolers with me, and as a strategy, we do not put all beer on ice at beginning of an event. Instead a calculated number as most guests prefer to have the ability to return unopened cases at the end of the night. I would, however, like to thank you for the opportunity to serve your guests and wish you the best of luck in your future!Great experience!
Ellie provided excellent wedding bar services and beverages for a wedding I coordinated recently. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reliable throughout the planning process. The quality of the team's work was highly professional, friendly, and fast - they kept a great attitude even when a minor crisis came up and prevented any overserving while maintaining a positive demeanor. I would highly recommend Ellie EtOH to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding bar vendor!
Awesome Bartender
Ashley from Ellie EtOH was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. She did great work both at the rehearsal dinner and at the reception, going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good time at the wedding. Ashley also helped us with our grocery list when the time came, and gave us practical advice that paid off on the day of. She was so easy to talk to and we're grateful for all of her hard work in contributing to our special day.
