Intimate, Elegant, Unforgettable Wedding Night

We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more! The beach vibe was executed perfectly—from the stunning driftwood bridal arch to the custom driftwood tea light holders that lit up the evening with a romantic glow. The balloon arch photo booth was a huge hit with our guests! We loved when the little ones played with giant balloons on the dancefloor all night, what great videos we have! Every detail was handled with care and creativity, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment. It was magical. Thank you for making our 60-guest celebration feel so full of heart and beauty!

Since 2021, we’ve planned over 50 unforgettable weddings! Specializing in destination celebrations, we can even accommodate 420 gourmet food and beverage requests for adults-only celebrations. Whether you envision an evening of lively entertainment or timeless sophistication, we tailor each experience to reflect your unique style.

Our dedicated team will manage every detail on-site for your special day. Until then, I’ll be your main point of contact—collaborating with you to bring your vision to life, tailored to your unique needs. I’m available anytime via email, phone, or text. Prior to your event, I’ll conduct a site visit to ensure all details are confirmed, and on the day of your wedding, I’ll be there in person to direct our team. Our crew includes gourmet chefs, sous chefs, servers, bartenders, a balloon arch specialist, a floral designer, an in-house photographer with a full studio, and a custom prop workshop to bring any theme to life.

Absolutely! Whether you're planning an intimate rehearsal dinner or an exciting pre-wedding party, we’re here to make it unforgettable. We love continuing the celebration with our couples by hosting baby showers, complete with keepsake photos from our in-house portrait studio and professional photographer. We also offer full-service planning for corporate events, private birthday parties, and special celebrations all year round.

Our team is large enough to expertly manage two weddings per day or weekend, but we intentionally limit our bookings to maintain the highest level of quality and attention for each couple. If you have a specific date in mind during peak wedding season, we recommend reserving our services at least 9 months in advance to ensure availability and a seamless planning experience.

Expect to spend about an hour on your initial consultation call, followed by a couple of Zoom sessions during our first phase of planning. From there, we transition to email collaboration to ensure every detail and request is clearly documented and aligned with your vision. I also make it a priority to join you for any venue inspections, call or text at your need.
