Words truly can’t express how incredible Melissa and her team are. When I booked her in January to coordinate my May wedding, I had no idea just how essential she would be in making our day not only perfect but completely stress-free. From the very beginning, Melissa was organized, attentive, and supportive. Over the five months leading up to the wedding, we had regular meetings to go over every detail, which made me feel confident and prepared. About a month before the big day, she stepped in to handle all vendor communications—a huge relief. Anytime I had a question or request, Melissa was already on it, often offering to take care of things before I even had to ask. On the wedding day itself, she and her team were absolutely amazing. From coordinating logistics and setting up decor to managing the buffet and making sure I could relax while getting ready, they handled everything seamlessly. I genuinely didn’t feel stressed once that day—something I didn’t think was possible for a bride! The entire day ran flawlessly. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it, which speaks volumes about Melissa’s ability to handle anything behind the scenes with grace and professionalism. I’m endlessly grateful for everything she and her team did to make our day so special. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, stop looking—hire Melissa. Melissa is definitely an amazing coordinator and planner! She created gorgeous style shoots and has a great art sense to make a magical event happen. It's like a dream come true with her coordination and she is definitely a very friendly person to work with! She is like a magician that can create all the wonderful moments and make the timeline work! Highly recommend hiring her team!
