    If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Theresa from Wedding Vibe Central was the most disappointing decision of our entire wedding. Despite months of planning and detailed communication, the service we received was chaotic, unprofessional, and shockingly unprepared. She failed to anticipate or communicate major road closures in San Francisco due to a city parade—info that was publicly available. As a result, we were 45 minutes late to our City Hall ceremony. No alternate routes or adjustments were offered. I asked her while stuck in traffic to request an extension from City Hall. She said she would handle it, but never followed up. After the ceremony, she told me we had 12 minutes left. No extension had been requested. The groom and groomsmen had to set up the candles and flowers themselves because Theresa didn’t know where they went—despite being given diagrams. We also included a ring warming in our ceremony, which she ignored. She was on her phone during the ceremony and failed to coordinate, leaving the bridal party confused. Moments before I walked down the aisle, she asked, “Is this the song you want to walk out to?” It wasn’t. I had sent her the full playlist in advance. At the reception, it got worse: • She gave incorrect info about transportation and miscommunicated with the bus drivers. • The cake was delivered to the wrong venue because she didn’t confirm details with the vendor. • She forgot our table setup diagrams, and my bridesmaids decorated the space themselves. • Lunch was over an hour late. • When asked about music, she said she didn’t have a playlist or MP4 and didn’t use Spotify—even though I had sent everything ahead of time. When pressed, she had no solution. Two months before the wedding, she tried to charge us a surprise “labor fee,” then admitted it shouldn’t apply to us. It was a last-minute, unnecessary stressor. At the end of the day, she said she would help return décor to the hotel. My mom and I both said yes, thank you. Hours later, she called asking who was picking it up. She said she’d leave the boxes and drop off only the flowers and marriage license. Later she texted to say she had left the marriage license in the trunk of her car and driven 5 hours home. When asked to overnight it, she simply said “It’s Sunday.” My bridesmaids ended up arranging a local drop-off point and paid to ship it themselves. I confronted her three times: in tears on the bus, later that night by phone, and again the next day about the marriage license. I asked her not to use any photos from our wedding to promote her business, as she was not responsible for anything going smoothly. She then reached out to our photographer behind my back, claiming she was entitled to all of our photos because of the contract. It was a complete violation of trust. Lastly, she arrived wearing a black lip ring and an outfit totally unprofessional for a formal event. Multiple guests, bridal party members, and even our photographer remarked on how poorly things were coordinated. This was not day-of support—it was us, cleaning up messes and carrying the emotional weight she was supposed to help relieve. Avoid Wedding Vibe Central. You deserve better.

    I had a wonderful experience working with Wedding Vibe Central for the wedding I DJ’d . Their communication style was clear, concise, and always prompt, which was greatly appreciated during the busy planning process. Wedding Vibe Central was incredibly attentive and provided the best service - they quickly handled any situation that came up in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Wedding Vibe Central to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding planning team to make their special day unforgettable.

    I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. I cried a few days before my wedding because remembering all the months prior, they were there for me every step of the way. And on the day, everyone kept asking me, Is your planner a friend of yours? I honestly told them, 100% yes. :) Because I feel like we now are friends. Such a family orientated company. I highly recommend.

    I can't say enough good things about Wedding Vibe Central. They were great through the entire process and even helped assist my grandmother who's 98 years old. Completely went above & beyond. I highly recommend.
