From the moment we reached out to the Saphire Estate, their communication was quick and prompt. We went in to this tour thinking we were gunna book elsewhere but the cocktail hour space took our breath away! Anne (our coordinator) and all the staff that day never let a detail go, they were attentive without being overbearing. They handled the few issues we had quietly & efficiently. We had the very best day, & a lot of it had to do with the staff, they run a well oiled machine & handle things with grace & understanding. Anne, Jeannie & Judy made our day go off without a hitch!
Dream Day
First of all, book Saphire Estate now. I just want to say how absolutely incredible Anne was through the entire process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner via text & email, and provided all the information we needed during the planning process. At our rehearsal she was so organized & kind to our giant wedding party (23 total!). We cannot believe how perfect our wedding day was (We can, Anne, Jeannine, Brooke & the entire Saphire Event Group is incredible in everyway). Everything from booking 18 months out to the hours before the ceremony was completely smooth. Our vision was love in bloom with a classic/minimalistic look and the day exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly placed and coordinated - thanks to Anne and the entire staff. We felt the timing of everything from family portraits to guests arriving to the ceremony to the cocktail hour etc. was perfectly managed. The environment was kept calm and that is all you want on your wedding day!! Our guests are still raving about the food. All of the apps were hot & fresh for our guests to enjoy. The mashed potato bar was a huge hit - so delicious with more toppings than we could have imagined. The salad was crisp & fresh. The entrees were hot, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The presentation was stunning. We took pictures of everything we ate before digging in! Everyone we encountered was so polite & kind! It's not easy to manage 128 guests! This was my dream wedding and I cannot thank Anne, Jeannine, and Brooke for making it happen.
Great venue!
I had a short timeline to plan my wedding so I needed all the help I could get! Daniella and the team at Saphire were amazing. She was very responsive and accommodating especially when last minute changes occurred. The food was AMAZING, and the staff the day of were so attentive! I truly had the time to enjoy my wedding and not stress about little details. My guests couldn't believe I planned such a great wedding within my short 3 month timeline, and it's all thanks to Daniella and Saphire Event Group!
Amazing experience
We got married 10/5/24 at Saphire Estate and are so pleased with how everything turned out! When we first toured, we instantly knew it was where we wanted to get married. The grounds are just stunning and unique with the outdoor ceremony and separate cocktail hour space. Throughout the planning process, the team at Saphire was very communicative about what to expect. Kayla was our coordinator and she was great! She answered all our questions and executed what we wanted perfectly!
