Great Venue and Amazing Host
My wife and I booked this venue for a recent event and had such a great experience from beginning to end. The booking process was super smooth, which really helped ease the planning process. The space itself is beautiful and very spacious — it gave us so much room to get creative and bring our vision to life. As two creative people, that kind of flexibility really made a difference for us. And we can’t say enough good things about Bernice. She was so kind, warm, and easy to work with. You can tell she truly cares about the people she hosts and wants everything to go well. We genuinely enjoyed working with her and would absolutely book the space again.

The Loft @ Collective Spaces
The Loft @ Collective Spaces in Baltimore is a beautiful venue! We were incredibly fortunate to celebrate my daughter’s PhD graduation there. The owner, Bernice, was an absolute joy to work with—kind, professional, and always willing to help, whether it was answering our questions or recommending reliable vendors. Everything was ready and perfect on the big day. Our guests had a great time and shared so many compliments about the space. You did an amazing job, and for that, we will be forever grateful!
