Owners Felix and Cheryl Sherman, natives of New Orleans, opened the doors at The Ambrosia Bakery on December 1, 1993. Looking back, they can truly say that a lot of things happened for a reason. Beginning as a delivery route truck driver and working his way up to branch manager, Felix learned how to successfully lead a team of people in sales and marketing.

Jenny's Cake Creations is a business based out of Metairie, LA, that specializes in making bespoke wedding delicacies for customers. Jenny Flagge is the owner, founder, and lead creative behind this venture. She delights in baking sweet treats that please palates and live up to clients’ expectations. Creativity, passion, and determination are some of the key ingredients that Jenny relies on when she takes on a project. Ultimately, she is keen to make sweet showstoppers that can be personalized in all manner of eye-catching ways.
